By accessing or using CheckIPO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

By accessing, browsing, or using the CheckIPO website (checkipo.in) and any of its associated subdomains, mobile versions, or API endpoints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CheckIPO Digital Services ("CheckIPO", "we", "our", or "us"). If you are accessing CheckIPO on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the website and updating the "Last Updated" date above.

2. Description of Services

CheckIPO provides an online information platform focused on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the Indian capital markets. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Upcoming IPO calendars and key dates (open date, close date, listing date)
• IPO details including price band, lot size, issue size, and face value
• Grey Market Premium (GMP) data sourced from informal market channels
• IPO subscription status updates by investor category (QIB, NII, RII, Anchor)
• IPO allotment result announcements and links to registrar status checks
• Company research reports, SWOT analysis, financial summaries, and peer comparisons
• IPO review articles and editorial opinions
• Links to official documents (DRHP, RHP) filed with SEBI

All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. CheckIPO is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, broker, or analyst. No service provided on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of CheckIPO may require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@checkipo.in

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in any manner that we reasonably determine to be harmful to CheckIPO, its users, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@checkipo.in. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on CheckIPO, including but not limited to text, articles, analysis, data compilations, graphics, logos, icons, and the overall "look and feel" of the website, is the intellectual property of CheckIPO Digital Services or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the CheckIPO platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from CheckIPO without explicit written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or spiders to collect data from CheckIPO at scale
• Republish, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of CheckIPO's content
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from content you access
• Create derivative works based on CheckIPO's content without authorization

Fair use for personal reference, citation with proper attribution, and academic research is permitted provided it does not harm CheckIPO's business interests.

They reflect the views of our editorial team and are not personalized investment advice. Investing in IPOs carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of principal. Past subscription levels or listing gains of IPOs covered on CheckIPO are not indicative of future performance. Please read the DRHP and consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before investing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CheckIPO Digital Services, its officers, employees, directors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Investment losses, financial losses, or damages arising from reliance on information published on CheckIPO
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in IPO data, GMP information, subscription data, or financial figures
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

In any case, CheckIPO's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees) or the amount you have paid to CheckIPO in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

CheckIPO may contain links to third-party websites, including BSE India, NSE India, SEBI, registrar portals, company investor relations pages, and other financial resources. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. CheckIPO does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information on linked third-party websites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of CheckIPO to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
